Requirements for track installation
(1) The resistance between the orbitals is not less than 10 ohms. For this reason, the rail should be insulated. The bottom of the rail should be coated with asphalt, with a 5mm insulating rubber plate, and the two sides of the rail should be filled with asphalt sand.
(2) The actual voltage on the 36V track should not be greater than 42V. The line should not be less than 30V when the line is not started, otherwise the compensation line must be added.
(3) If it is a seam rail, the rail joint should be 5mm×45 degrees chamfering, so as not to collide with the lower edge of the electric friction block. Our company uses the track used for welding.
(4) The track construction requirements are high, must ensure that the track insulation, can be unobstructed power supply, forbid metal parts to touch two tracks at the same time.
