Introduction 

The battery operated 10 ton material handling electric trackless transfer trolley adopts solid cast steel clad rubber wheels, which has a large bearing capacity and does not require a rail. The trolley can turn 360 degrees flexibly, and has control buttons such as forward, backward, left turn, right turn buttons, speed control buttons, emergency stop buttons, abnormal light indication, power-on light indication, and permission key. The wheels are made of rubber wheels. The larger the tonnage, the higher the requirements for the flatness of the ground, generally concrete or tempered ground. Working Principle

The battery is installed in the trackless transfer trolleys. The batteries supplied the electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. By this ways, we can make the steerable transfer carts to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
